Next Steps
Northside Christian Preschool is honored you are interested in trusting us with the importance of caring for and teaching your child. We look forward to you joining our family! To enroll your child at Northside Christian Preschool, please follow the steps below.
Please complete and submit a preliminary enrollment form online. This will allow us to contact you to set an appointment for a tour, admission screening, and interview.
Upon completion of step 1, the School Advisory Board will determine acceptance status.
Following your child's acceptance, a non-refundable registration fee ($75 prior to May 1st) is due. This will secure your child's placement.
When payment is received, you will be asked to pick up an enrollment packet from the preschool office. Please use accurate and updated information. If at any time during your child's enrollment in Northside Christian Preschool your information changes, please let the preschool office know of the changes.
In addition to completing the registration forms, you are required to provide IDs for copies, a copy of certified birth certificate, immunization records on Florida Department of Health form DH-680 or exemption form, and current physical examination on Florida Department of Health from DH-3040.
The enrollment packet, birth certificate, and medical forms must be completed prior to your child's first day of school. Please complete these requirements in a timely manner.
A 30-day trial period will be in effect from the first day of actual enrollment. All fees are non-refundable.
